Origins: Honduras
Bloom: Large, compound inflorescence that produces a bright pink inflorescence stem and large pale yellow floral bracts. Produces purple tubular flowers and entire bloom process takes up to a year. Ideal for: Indoors or Outdoors
Light: Strong indirect, filtered, and/or partial direct light
Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours.
It grows quite large and has thick, succulent dark gray leaves growing in a large open rosette shape. The inflorescence is what is truly spectacular about this species. Grows up to three feet tall in bloom and produces vibrant deep pink color from the stem of the spike.
