AERANTHOS NIGRA

Origins: Brazil, Argentina

Bloom: Short, pink inflorescence with deep purple flowers (similar to most aeranthos blooms)

Light: Strong indirect, filtered, and/or partial direct light

Ideal for: Indoors/Outdoors

Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours.  Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 4 hours as necessary

This is a beautiful variety of aeranthos that has deep purple leaves, holding that color year round with strong light and increased humidity.  Stays slightly smaller than other varieties of aeranthos, but not nearly as small as minuette.  This will definitely not always be available so get it while you can!
